Silver Rails Resort.
This is the venture that started it all. Watch and be enjoy the video. We developed the conceptual plan, business plan, and acquired the land to
build it. We even had a number of investors interested in funding the Silver Rails Resort. But then came the financial collapse of 2008 and all
the interested investors withdrew. If you have about $250 million that you don't know what to do with, it would still be possible to revive
this concept of a railroad based amusement park, resort and educational hub in the Midwest. |
